The Basket Academy Club held yesterday a press briefing to announce the official launch of a basketball competition league for kids under the age of 15. Organized in partnership with the mobile operator Moov and many other partners, the competition dubbed BAC LEAGUE 2015 is set to start on February 26th to June 6th.

The competition aims at gathering youth around the fun of playing mini basketball, offer healthy activity and promotes the culture of sport and create emulation among those aged 8-15 so that they are responsible for in the future.

The competition is supposed to take place in 2 big phases first round with return games and the second phase with playoffs for the top 4 teams in the standings.
The Basketball Academy Club (BAC), is an association which works for promoting Basketball in Gabon through this mini championship as well as many other actions underway to foster the practice of that sports.
