Chairing the ceremony, Labor Minister Simon Ntoutoume Emane has suggested that "the envisaged reform of the labor code should be an opportunity for the modernization of the framework of employment”.

“The new labor code, once validated will take into account the attractiveness of companies and investors, the employability of young people and the flexibility of the framework of employment and relief of administrative procedures " said Simon Ntoutoume Emane.

The validation of the project of the new labor code will be followed by the official handover, at the head of the Government, the valid project and its preparation by the administration of the texts of applications in order to avoid perpetuating the weaknesses observed previously.
