Cimgabon to be recapitalized
The company CimGabon, a subsidiary of the cements of Africa (CIMAF), will be recapitalized by the end of June 2015, announced Wednesday in Libreville, the vice president of the Moroccan group, Malik Sefrioui, at a hearing with Gabon’s Prime Minister, Daniel Ona Ondo.
Mr. Malik Sefrioui, which was accompanied by the Director-general of CimGabon, Mr. Salim Kaddouri, and the Director of General Affairs and human resources, Alain Ayouné, presented to the head of the Gabonese Government investment plan of the subsidiary of the Moroccan in Gabon group, specifically the launch and the optimization of the production of cement in the country. As well as the construction of the new plant of Owendo and modernization of another factory based in Ntoum.
“This recapitalisation of CimGabon aims to cope with an ambitious investment program currently underway within the company”, said vice president of CIMAF, Malik Sefrioui.
