BAD to celebrate its 50th Anniversary
The annual meetings of the African Development Bank (BAD) will take place from May 25 to 29 in Abidjan, and will see the election of the 8th president of the BAD and the celebration of its 50th anniversary.
The BAD Governors represented in 80 countries members of the Group mentor more than 2,500 delegates and participants have confirmed their presence during this meeting under the theme "Africa and the new world landscape", said a press release of the BAD.
The conference will be an opportunity to examine the 2014 Bank operations and its financing portfolio dedicated to development in 2015.
